About the project
Used AutoParts Pro is a marketplace connecting buyers searching for used auto parts with verified sellers. The platform handles request matching, vehicle profiles, quote workflows, payments, and dispute resolution — with an AI maintenance scheduler that recommends preventive service based on each vehicle's mileage. Currently in staging — a public launch is in motion.
What we faced
The used auto parts market is fragmented, opaque, and full of buyer-seller trust gaps. Buyers struggle to find specific parts for older vehicles; sellers waste time on requests that never convert. The platform needed to compress this loop while keeping payments safe on both sides.

How we designed it
The dashboard is designed around the recurring buyer-seller loop: a single request becomes a thread of quotes, a chosen quote becomes an order, an order becomes a payment. Every screen surfaces what's actually next, with quiet typography and warm neutral surfaces so the data — quotes, vehicles, payments — does the work.

How we built it
Built as a modern web app with a real-time marketplace backend, payment escrow integration, and an LLM layer for parts matching and maintenance recommendations. Architected for thousands of concurrent requests across vehicle categories.
Impact & outcomes
The platform is currently in staging — buyer and seller flows are wired end-to-end, payments are integrated, and the AI maintenance scheduler is producing per-vehicle recommendations. A public launch is in motion.
